The color is an intense ruby, having all the typical characteristics of Dolcetto d’Alba thanks to all the moderate acidity. The perfume is intense and elegant.
Enjoyable in all occasions with cheese that has been aged a little, frittatas, light meats.
Recommended to be enjoyed between 2 or 3 years at 16-17 degrees in glass or goblet.
